The staff were incredibly helpful, but the location felt noisy and the entrance was a floor up.

The staff were helpful, but the location was noisy and the lobby wasn’t on the ground floor, making it hard to unload luggage.

The place was nice, clean, and modern with a good location, yet it was noisy.

I loved the location and most of the staff were quite helpful, but the rooms weren’t cleaned daily, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, and because the staff cleaned only every other day or so, garbage and used towels would pile up.
