This family‑run spot was flawlessly managed; the staff were wonderfully attentive and we enjoyed a fantastic stay, with excellent morning walks and evening visits, delicious food, and a cooking lesson. The only downside was the number of steps that had to be negotiated.

It’s a beautiful property with an amazing team of staff who make you feel right at home, truly a home away from home. The food was outstanding; the Beef Jerky Pizza and Chicken Stew were among the best dishes I have ever had, each meal prepared with great care and delicious taste. A big thank you to Vanilla County for offering such a beautiful place for us to relax and create wonderful memories. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️

The place was super comfy, welcoming, and fully equipped, especially the showers and the well‑maintained grounds; the rooms were good and the staff friendly. The only gripe was the bench‑style seating in the dining area, which felt like a picnic table and was hard for us in our 70s; the staff kindly gave us proper chairs, but the property should install proper tables and chairs for a place of this caliber.
