Front desk staff were excellent and always very helpful. Right outside the hotel is a pedestrian street, making shopping convenient with plenty of delicious food options. The hotel pool is beautiful, and the children had a great time playing there. The male staff at the poolside bar were unfriendly to everyone—refused to take orders, ignored questions, and constantly played on their phones. Towels are not provided for swimming; if you use the hotel's towels, each person has to pay 5,000 KRW. Also, the food is terrible.
“Great Location”
The spot is convenient, near plenty of shops, restaurants and the airport, and every staff member we encountered could speak Mandarin, which is a real advantage for Mandarin‑speaking travelers.
The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly, and the room was both comfortable and spotlessly clean.
“Ideales Hotel im Zentrum und nahe Flughafen.”
The location was excellent, parking was included, breakfast was good and the rooms were attractive though compact; on the downside, the breakfast area retained a lingering cooking smell on clothes for hours, one room had an unpleasant odor, the elevator was sometimes the only one operating causing long waits, and the roof pool required an extra fee.
“Perfekt”
The personnel were extremely friendly and all spoke English; the room was spacious, spotless, with large comfortable beds. Its location was ideal—practically in the city centre yet free from disruptive noise, which made us, as solo female travelers, feel safe even at night (even throughout South Korea!). Bus connections in every direction were excellent, and the airport‑bus stop was only about an eight‑minute walk away. No complaints.
