“Fantastic and beautiful location”
The spot is fantastic and beautiful, probably one of the best views of the town and sea, and the staff were very helpful. The room was on the smaller side, but still okay, and there was a bit of mould on the ceiling.

WE LOVED THIS STAY! Even though the bedroom itself was small, the terrace/outdoor space, beautiful bathroom, location, and overall efficient communication from staff more than made up for it. The staff were so friendly, even offering free drinks in the fridge, which was a big plus in the summer heat. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi at night, seeing the city lights, tanning privately on the terrace, and overall having an amazing view. The only downside was that one night we saw some rats crawling across the greenery on the terrace; we never saw them again.

Everything was perfect: the breathtaking view, impeccable cleanliness, and Valentina’s extraordinary availability. I loved the room and garden décor, meticulously detailed, with thoughtful touches like bathrobes, toiletries, and drinks in the mini‑fridge. Valentina even followed us before we arrived, giving us the Riomaggiore Card and plenty of useful tips about local venues.
“Amazing apartment, balcony has the best views ever! We absolutely loved!”
This is the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in and it’s definitely worth the money for the private balcony area. It has the best views of the town, is very spacious, and the hot tub is just fantastic. I would absolutely love to stay again in the future; we made memories that will last a lifetime. The host was absolutely lovely, helpful, and friendly. Thank you! The only issue is that there is no safe.
