Great value for money, the rooms were clean and the staff were ready to meet our needs right after we arrived, fixing any issues that popped up. The breakfast was good, and we also ate lunch there after coming back from Machu Picchu – the dishes were tasty. The building feels old, and the shower and hot water had problems, but that’s common in the city.

The lady is a nice person and let us keep our luggage. We didn’t always have hot water or good pressure.

The location is excellent and the staff are adorable, the place is very clean, and the small heater in the room works. The view is pretty. There was no hot water, the water drained poorly, the pillows were too hard, it was expensive, and it was noisy because it’s close to the train line, making the room shake.

Breakfast was fine. The train tracks are close, and the receptionist told us the last train left around 22:00, so we missed the 00:00 one.
