“Hotel is old and need to upgrade for customer comfort”
The location was good, but the beds shook because the legs were broken.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great because I needed assistance with my room. However, I was a bit let down by the overall experience.
I wasn't blown away by the breakfast - it was just average. Staying in Kuta has its downsides, like the risk of getting mugged, so be careful with your belongings.
