The location and staff were good, but when I booked I was not told about shared public toilets/washrooms, which was a major disappointment and a clear oversight on the part of the hotel.

The location and parking were fine, but the meal that day was disappointing; after requesting dairy‑free, it arrived covered in mayo, and I should have also asked for no mayo. Usually it’s much better.
