The hosts here in Bali are super friendly and kind, and they keep the room clean and ready every day. The building’s natural cooling keeps the room cool so I hardly ever used the AC, just a bit when it rained. The pool is clean and surrounded by a green wall and trees, and there are no ants, cockroaches, or other insects in the room. There’s a café where you can order drinks and food at good prices or just sit and work. The downside is the room is very dark; with the door closed there’s almost no sunlight, and the small window has a dark film that barely lets any light through. There’s no smoking‑free policy, so guests and hosts smoke everywhere—on the terraces, by the pool, at the café, and in the parking area—so if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke, avoid this place. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning from stains and better maintenance. One fridge for nine rooms is clearly insufficient; the property should manage space sharing better, maybe by buying separate containers for each room. Also, there are no toiletries except toilet paper.

The exit was the only positive thing; everything else was bad.

The location is nice with plenty of coffee shops, a gym club, and a Pepito supermarket nearby, and you can order meals at the on‑site café. Daily cleaning keeps the place tidy, the swimming pool area is pleasant, and there’s a space for yoga, gym equipment, a kitchen area, and free water. Noise is minimal except for a rooster that screams all day and most of the night. I could order a taxi from the airport, which was really helpful when I arrived at night, and I could pay by card for everything. There’s a desk in the room, a small table outside with a chair that can be used inside with the desk, good Wi‑Fi, and enough bandwidth for meetings. The downside was that I stayed in January, off‑season, and the room was always drafty; the air conditioner didn’t help at all. The bathroom had a synthetic freshener that didn’t smell very good, and the rooster was a surprise since it was my first time in Bali.

The place is very pretty, has everything you need, is quiet and away from noise, rents motorbikes, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms look bigger in the photos than they actually are, and the bathrooms need improvement. Maybe the kitchen needs a bit of maintenance, but overall it’s pretty good.
