The double‑bed room matched the picture exactly, and the front‑desk staff were warm and attentive. The central area is quite close, with plenty of nearby amenities, but the bathroom lacked enough supplies, so I had to call for them and they eventually provided what I needed.

The location is good, with a wide entrance and many nearby eateries. However, the floor was dirty, even with trash from the previous guest under the table; the room’s soundproofing is poor, the spray bottle is broken, and the bathtub is unusable.

The apartment offered a decent price for a short stay. I usually stay at Queenie for business trips and expect two complimentary water bottles, but the new receptionist didn't mention that water would be charged; they added a charge for two bottles at checkout. In addition, room 806 had a broken shower head and the staff never informed me about it.
