The place was clean, but the staff spoke only Czech, forcing us to use a translator and creating major difficulties. We arrived at 14:00 and had to wait until 17:00 for the two rooms we had booked, an unacceptable three‑hour delay for normal check‑in. The next day we needed to stay in town until the evening, so we asked the front desk to extend our stay for a few hours; they said the only option was to pay for a full day, which we refused because it was unfair, and we suggested that four of us stay together for a few hours to catch the train, but that was also denied. The hotel has no cash‑less terminal, so guests must find a way to get cash themselves; our friends tried to bring us money, yet the manager kept asking, “When will the money be there?” This unprofessional attitude made us constantly deal with logistics, wait for check‑in, find cash, and justify payment methods, ruining our intended relaxation. It feels like guest comfort is not a priority, and under these conditions we cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious with a bathroom and a kitchenette that shared space with another room that happened to be empty. The staff were friendly, parking on the premises was possible, and the location was excellent. The quality‑price ratio was definitely a plus! Paying in cash was a bit inconvenient. Check‑in at 21:00 felt a little early; moving it an hour later would be more comfortable for guests. The lack of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen is also a minus.

The place is clean and surrounded by nature. However, the bathroom is tiny, the towels are small, there’s no hair dryer, and there’s essentially nothing provided for kitchen use.
