Bad service. Bad service

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location was also ideal, making it easy to get around the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

“A very bad experience — unprofessional staff, ugly room, and zero support”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff refused to allow check-in without giving a valid reason. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed no willingness to communicate. When I tried to resolve the issue, the hotel didn't even bother answering their calls. This shows a complete lack of accountability and basic customer service.

While the location of this hotel was its only redeeming feature, the rest of my stay was a letdown. The hotel's cleaning standards were subpar, the bed was uncomfortable, and the toilet was in a bad condition. It's a shame, really, because with a bit of effort, this hotel could be a great place to stay. As it stands, I would only recommend it to those who are looking for a convenient location.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a fantastic location, but unfortunately, it lacked a key amenity - cable TV in the room. The hotel's prime location made up for some of the shortcomings, but I still found it disappointing that I couldn't unwind with my favorite TV shows.
