The staff were friendly and the masseurs were perfect, but it was summer and the window frames needed more cleaning; a bathroom renovation in the rooms would also be a good idea.

“Nette schone hotel met veel zwemplezier”

In de buurt heb je niet veel te doen, maar bij het hotel heb je al alles lekker ontbijt om rond 3 uur lekker soep en koekjes, avond eten was ook goed. Zwembad was schoon buitenbad ging open op de dag dat we gingen 1 week eerder dan oorspronkelijk dus was superfijn. Buitenbad was ook warm thermal. Prima verblijf gehad zeer tevreden met 3 kinderen. Van 5, 3 en 2 jaar oud

The pools had plenty of hygienists, but the safety at the entrance to the pools was lacking.

“Hoge verwachtingen, maar één teleurstellend verblijf”

The only thing I liked were the rooms, which were hygienic, and the breakfast was okay; however, upon entering the spa center you receive a towel with a pass that feels like it hasn’t been washed, the Wi‑Fi was terrible and kept dropping, the website claimed the thermal bath would be 35 °C but it was 31 °C during my stay—this is not the same as an ordinary pool and contradicts the stated “ideal temperature is about 35 °C”; the front‑desk ladies were very unfriendly and couldn’t address the towel odor complaint, only insisting the hotel was clean; there is only one elevator that goes to the aquapark and thermal bath, it’s usually full and you have to wait a long time.

The location is in the middle of nature and close to Samson.
