The hosts are perfect, and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had! The location is great, the room is spotless, the shower is excellent, and there are so many lovely touches like homemade biscuits, fresh milk, and mineral water in the fridge. Ten out of ten, great value. Thank you Colin and Lesley, we’ll return.

The property is in an ideal spot near Old Shanklin amenities and has its own car parking. It’s kept to a very high standard with comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, and an excellent breakfast. Thanks to Colinb and Lesley for making our annual Island trip so enjoyable. The only issue was that the room was upstairs, which is a bit of a challenge as we get older, but that’s just part of the accommodation.

The location is great, the place is very clean, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. Nothing to fault; we just wish we had stayed longer.
