The staff were very friendly. We got upgraded when we checked in. We only stayed for one night, and the room was good for that. They were generous with the check‑out time, which we appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the reception staff, particularly Mohamed Saad and Nabiel. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand, making my stay very comfortable. However, I did notice that the hotel's air conditioning and pool facilities could be improved upon.
