The house looked lovely, and the extra cleaning halfway through the stay was very good. We enjoyed the BBQ, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was pleasant. The stairs were a bit rough, but after the first day you get used to them, and a lot of sawdust/termite residue falls off.

The place was stunning – tastefully decorated, super comfy, and equipped with a bed that felt as big as a football field. At a price that matched the quality, it was perfect for a few quiet days in Barichara. I just wish it were my own home.

The house felt roomy, spotless and modern, with a kitchen stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes, and the beds were truly comfortable. The host answered every question fast, which made things easy. The only drawback was the four‑level layout – the stairs were a bit tricky to get around.
