Location is very close to airport. Very unprofessional staff. I don’t know how they got 4 stars. Almost every item in the room has cigarette burns or stains. Very loud place due to being next to highway. In my life, I have stayed over 100 different hotels. This one has the worst price vs quality metric

When I got there, they couldn’t locate my booking and still processed the payment, refusing to waive the cancellation fee. The room was supposedly smoke‑free yet carried a cigarette odor, the linens were clean, but the couch had holes, the door lacked proper ventilation, and with a broken heater it was freezing inside.
