The hotel’s spot is great if you need to hit the airport early; it’s about 20 minutes from Iloilo center, so I booked here to cut travel time, especially since I arrived around 10 PM. The front‑desk lady was pleasant and helpful. However, the property sits on an airport service road rather than the main road, so a few U‑turns are required to get in and out. The rooms are very basic, tiny, with a single bed, no lift, and limited services, which matches the price. Soundproofing is awful; the windows feel open, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

The location is close to the airport. The room could have been cleaner—the white towels looked almost gray, and there was mold on the shower head.

The concierge service was good. The shower didn’t work properly and water was blocked on the floor.
