Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The location is extremely convenient, close to the airport, and a large shopping centre with everything you need is just five minutes away. The staff were very friendly; check‑in is at 13:00, yet we arrived at 06:00 and they gave us a room without any extra charge, unlike other hotels.

The hotel was very decent and reasonably priced, and the room was quite spacious.

The lack of air conditioning made it stuffy.

The location was good, somewhat on the outskirts but close to the old town, and parking was fairly available for free. The absence of air conditioning forced me to open the windows, and a pancake frying shop operated right under the neighboring window. Behind that shop a ventilation fan blew, so the room was saturated with the smell of frying oil, and it was noisy until 24 hours.

The location was fine. I stayed at the hotel for several scorching days in July and asked the manager and a senior receptionist about a fan or other options because the room temperature made breathing difficult. I received a very unpleasant, dismissive reply, implying that “this is a one‑star hotel and you can go to another one.” I understand that air conditioning wasn’t listed as a facility, but as a guest I wanted to point out the problem, and their tone was trivializing and arrogant, which I called out during the conversation. I especially note the staff’s attitude from those two people.
