The staff were kind, respectful, welcoming, very helpful, and attentive; the location was good because we had a gym right next door and many restaurants with a large supermarket. The road noise was a problem since the hotel sits on a very busy road with many cars and motorcycles, and next to the hotel is an elementary school; every morning we were woken by the children from the school behind the hotel. The breakfast was not great, and we only had it once. At arrival we were surprised by the room, which did not match what we had paid for, but the next day they corrected it by putting us in a Deluxe room that matched better, and they offered a breakfast to apologize.
