Location. Friendly. Polite. Close to Elizondo. Bidet.
The breakfast was scanty, especially on the last day, and there is no shower tray.
“Basica habitacion pero decente para una noche”
The location was good for getting around the Baztan area, and the hotel staff were friendly. The room, however, had a strong smell like pipes, and the odor was quite intense. It felt very basic for the price I paid, and the lighting was lacking.

The hotel is in a good spot for driving to the Valle del Baztán. It's a very large hotel but feels very old. We liked that it had a pool for small children and a grassy play area so they could play. In the rooms it was extremely hot; there was a fan but in early July we were over 30 degrees. We brought a pet and the dog could not go to the café or the restaurant, only to the terrace. The balcony was dirty and had many spiders on the rail, which was tricky with a 2‑year‑old who wanted to touch everything. We notified them, they said they would clean it, but that didn't happen; perhaps they cleaned the room more but sprayed a lot of air freshener that made it hard to breathe, so we had to leave the balcony open and let the child go out again with the spiders.
