The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, with a supermarket and Starbucks nearby. The bed linen was clean and the apartment itself is spacious. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The shower curtain had visible mold, making the bathroom feel unhygienic. We reported it and sent photos, but the problem was not fixed during our stay. The sofa and windows were also dirty, and the air conditioning was very loud at night.

Great location, well equipped apartment and spacious. Our apartment was not cleaned and there was lots of sand on the floor.

Location is great, one of the best in South Beach. A lot of good restaurants around, 5 minutes to the beach by walking. The building is clean and fresh, unit is brand new, tidy and pretty big. It has all the necessary appliances, including washer, dryer and kitchen

Location was good. Regarding the accommodation at Vonder, we were somewhat surprised. The location is relatively good, it is close to the beach, but the overall quality of the accommodation did not match the price. The apartment is already quite worn out. For example, the sofa bed was basically impossible to sleep on — the mattress was worn out and the couch creaked. The toilet seat was broken, as well as the toilet paper holder. The mugs in the kitchen cabinet were dirty, and overall the place was not very clean. Light in the kitchen would be strongly recommended. The air conditioning is extremely noisy, so it’s almost impossible to sleep with it on. The pictures of the apartment look much better than it looks in reality. Next time, we would prefer to choose a different accommodation.
