We arrived feeling at home—warmly welcomed, given wine, and everyone explained and offered tips. The room was large, beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi worked great. There’s a common area where you can grab dishes and even use a washing machine. We came during the hottest days of the year, so it was a bit stuffy. The fan helped, but of course it was noisy.

Everything was very clean, no water issues, there’s a large area below with a kitchen, free coffee and tea, and the room had all the necessary amenities. The staff were very hospitable✨

Probably the best quality accommodation in Armenia for the price range I’ve stayed in. It was warm and dry in winter, the hot water in the shower was impeccable, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and comfortable.

A wonderful welcoming host and his family, always ready to help and accommodate. They immediately offered wine, showed us where everything was, and didn’t bother us much, even though we hadn’t paid yet and spent two days trying to find someone to pay for the room until we finally reached an exchange office. The room was spacious and bright, well ventilated. All amenities were provided right away and everything was clean. The area is quiet yet very close to the tourist center and the train station. If we ever return to Gyumri, we’ll definitely stay here again. The only thing that could be improved is making the sign with the name a bit clearer, otherwise we couldn’t orient ourselves right away.
