I had a distressing experience at this property, which was not as described. The host revealed on the day before my arrival that it was a hostel called Hostel Eliséé, not a hotel, and I was not prepared for the basic shared accommodation. The host's communication was inconsistent, and I was asked to leave my ID or pay a deposit, which was not mentioned in the listing. The room was unprepared, and the situation escalated when I raised my concerns, making me feel intimidated and unsafe.

La ubicación. Habitación ok, partes comunitarias con desorden. Olor especial, recomiendo el uso de ambientador. Desayuno normal pero el administrador está presente

The location was convenient, but that's where the positives ended. The room was okay, but the communal areas were disorganized, and there was a peculiar smell that could use some freshening up. The breakfast was standard, but the administrator's presence was a bit much.

We were thoroughly unimpressed with this place and decided to look for another hotel rather than stay in what felt like a dirty and unpleasant environment. It was a complete scam, not a hotel or hostel at all, and we couldn't even begin to describe it. We ended up losing money, but it was worth it to avoid staying there.
