“Soggiorno “sommerso””
The only thing that mattered was the location. I should have read more reviews beforehand; they would have saved me time and money. The place is marketed as “essential,” but that’s not what this apartment is. There’s no internet, and that’s just fine. Be careful not to use too much hot water, otherwise it’s okay. It’s also fine that instead of sealed bottled water in the fridge, the water comes from the tap because the supply is from the majella. However, it’s unacceptable that the lady Marcela is clearly in bad mood. Some reviews are written by her alone, changing names or using friends. Many say you can’t pay directly through Booking because she likes to evade taxes in a serial way. When I pointed out that the extra cot on Booking cost 5€ per night, not 10€ as she claimed, I expected a discount at the correct Booking price. Instead she raised the cot fee for high season. I chose to get the invoice for the payment without a “discount” that I could have gotten by paying cash. Since the guest doesn’t want a black receipt, she says she will send it via WhatsApp, but she sends a torn piece of paper without a stamp that’s worthless. I won’t talk about the cleaning; I saw my daughter’s foot after five minutes of showering. I also suffer a lot from dirty air‑conditioner filters; I don’t say you should clean them every two weeks as the manufacturer’s manual says, but at least once a summer season. I ended up cleaning it myself at 10 pm, and it hadn’t been done in at least ten years by the installation. Not everyone is stupid. It’s fine to be kind and good, but believing people are dumb is something I can’t stand. I waited a while to review because since August I wanted to report to finance. In the end I decided I didn’t want to waste more time; it’s not worth it. Beware!
