The place is clean, the room is spacious with linens and towels, the bathroom has a blindex box (which is uncommon in Aparecida where many bathrooms lack curtains), and there’s a shared kitchen with dishes, cutlery, a microwave, and even coffee. I tried to contact them repeatedly before arrival and got no reply, which worried me; I only heard back the day before check‑in. After staying, the WhatsApp communication was smooth. I felt uneasy at first because there’s no front desk like the hotels I’m used to, but I understood it’s a different concept and it worked out fine—when you arrive, someone will meet you, hand over the key, and show you the accommodation.
A simple, cozy spot that’s clean, with comfortable beds, a hot shower, a space to snack with a microwave, nearby parking, quick WhatsApp replies, and great value.
