I chose this hotel because it’s close to Vinmec International Hospital and I was delighted with my stay; the room had a lovely hot tub, which I didn’t use but still appreciated. The staff were outstanding from check‑in to check‑out, helping me carry my oxygen regulator up and down the room, which I really valued. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the water pressure was excellent and clean. It’s on a quiet street, offering a peaceful environment (though I didn’t explore the area much). Having an elevator was a major plus, and staying in room 103 was the absolute highlight—it was a total game‑changer. I loved the experience so much that I’ll definitely book here again in two weeks for my upcoming medical appointments. Not a complaint, just a suggestion: it would be nice to have a high chair at the dressing area that has a sink on it…just a suggestion; otherwise everything is perfect. It’s nice to sit and do makeup 😆
