The location is close to tourist attractions. The room window was broken, there was no shower tray, it was all combined with the toilet, and the staff had a very bad attitude.
The air‑conditioning in the room worked, but the top‑floor suite was basically broken and left a lot to be desired—there were no cockroaches, yet everything else was off, the beds were dirty with stains and the overall cleanliness was non‑existent.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and there weren’t two large beds to begin with – we were two adults and a three‑year‑old child and only got two regular beds. We were missing a set of towels, shampoo and body wash for two people, glasses, and the room was unbearably hot. The bathroom was separate from the room, and staff scolded us for our child’s noise while he was showering, even though that’s normal.
I was told the room cost 37 euros, but when I arrived I got a room with no air conditioning. I asked about it and they said I could pay 50 euros to be moved to a better room, yet the room I ended up in was still bad.
