The staff were very courteous and helpful, and their service was amazing; the hotel’s location is beautiful.

The location and some staff interactions were good, but the hotel entrance was poor, not on the ground floor, the carpet had stains, the curtains were torn, the rug was ripped, the sofa fabric was shabby, the shower leaked, there was no lotion, and when we asked for more it was said only two bottles a day are allowed for a fee. The bathroom tiles were old and not new.

The location and staff were good, but the rooms were old, the lobby was small, the carpet was dirty, and the rooms themselves were tiny.
