The view from the property and the privacy it offers were nice, but the arrival was rough: no staff for the first 10 minutes and we were initially directed to the wrong room. The correct bungalow looked untouched for months, with dust everywhere, no bedsheets, leaves on the floor, and leftover items from previous guests. We had booked the big bungalow specifically for the bathtub, which turned out to be unusable because it doesn’t hold water. The provided bedsheets and duvets smelled bad. Dinner was disappointing; we ordered noodles, chicken rice, and soup, yet received steamed rice, watery cabbage, and a whole boiled chicken, costing 400,000 VND for a meal that barely resembled our order. The bungalow is a 15‑minute downhill walk from the reception and dining area, so a steep climb every time you need something. The property has potential because of its location, but its cleanliness, service, and food quality need serious improvement before it matches the listing.
