We loved the very varied and tasty breakfast, the location was outstanding, and the view from our room on the 25th floor was beautiful; the pool was cute though a bit small, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. On the downside, the triple room was tiny—a double with a sofa‑bed that works for a child but not for an adult—and the hotel couldn’t move us to a proper triple despite offering alternatives, which we also reported to the booking site because a triple should accommodate three adults with either three separate beds or a double plus a single, not just a double. It’s a shame because we would have given a perfect score; if we ever need a triple again we won’t pick this hotel. Our other room was a double and was perfect for two people.

“Perfekt ophold fra start til slut, alt fungerede. Kommer helt klart igen ved næste Bangkok ophold”

The staff are friendly and helpful from check‑in to check‑out, breakfast, and cleaning. The location is great near the station and Iconsiam, and it’s easy to get around with the skytrain. The fitness room could use more equipment; it would be perfect if they added spinning bikes.

The location is excellent, right by the river and inside the ICONN. The staff are friendly, but check‑in took a long time because of annoying Chinese guests. Breakfast was very good. Check‑in could be a bit faster.

The location is perfect, by the river, Iconsiam, and BTS. The hotel meets a four‑star European standard. For improvement, the breakfast juices could be natural and the pastries more varied and plentiful.
