The room had just been updated and looked nice, though it was small. It was cute enough and comfortable, yet there was no hot water and the evening was quite chilly, so we tried turning on the wall heater and it emitted a terrible burning smell; we unplugged it immediately and huddled under blankets. The view was nonexistent—just a road outside the window, as the river view was completely blocked by mature trees across the street. I would have preferred paying $150/night instead of $240; it simply wasn’t worth it.
