“Wasn’t expecting much and they delivered just”
The roaches helped us bring in our overnight items—seriously, I don’t blame them. When you stay just one night, they don’t put you in the best suite. I felt that the cheapest room should offer a better experience even if it’s “almost” ADA compliant.

The rooms were spacious enough to get around. It was very clean

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, but the TV had very few channels and the old set didn’t have a timer, so it couldn’t turn off automatically. Housekeeping wasn’t on site until 10:00 a.m., and when I called the front desk on Friday to confirm breakfast time I was given the wrong time for a Friday. I was told dogs weren’t allowed on the 4th floor, yet I saw a huge dog there. The computer in the business center was broken.
