We were warmly received and enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a beautiful view. It might help to have a larger fridge and a kitchen—there’s no microwave.

The apartment is very quiet with a fantastic view. The landlord was very pleasant to contact, and we felt truly welcomed and well received. The breakfast was extremely good.

The setting is calm, the village is pretty and small, and the welcome was friendly. The downside is that the host lives just above us on the next floor, so it feels a bit intrusive even though they’re discreet; we didn’t feel entirely at home. We had to go to their place for breakfast. A suggestion would be for the host to drop a breakfast basket at a mutually agreed time.

The accommodation is extraordinary, with great furnishings and outstanding hosts. There’s a private pool with a sun terrace, and the breakfast on the hosts’ terrace is wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a wasp nest in the terrace area, and the village is tiny, so we had to drive to the next town for meals.
