The view into the valley is the best (and almost the only) highlight; the staff are friendly and attentive, room service works well, the food is tasty at normal prices, and the bath has warm water. I can’t fathom how this hotel earned a 3‑star rating; my room deserved none of it. It was quite shabby and worn down (see photos below), nothing like the glossy pictures here. There’s no AC, no heating (even though it was already cold by late October), the kettle was placed where there’s no power, no café or tea included, and the TV only shows local channels.

“Not value for money.”

The view from the room was good, but the room itself was not clean at all, the toilet was in poor condition, and the telephone wasn’t working.

“It's an average hotel with average facilities. If you get the room at a cheap price then go for it.”

The location was great and the room was big, yet they didn’t give a dental or shaving kit, and when I asked for a water bottle they denied it; the room’s cleanliness was lacking, it felt old and dull with no bright colors, and there was no lift so I had to use the stairs.

“According to Price, it’s not worth it”

The hallway outside the hotel was filthy and cluttered, and the amenities were terrible. Stepping outside the door, the mess continued and the drinking water facilities were awful. I paid 5500 for the night and they offered nothing—no sleeper or any other service.
