“La mejor vista de la piedra”

This boutique hotel is a dream. The view of the stone is magnificent from the lobby, the room, the pier. Wherever you look it’s wow. The water is warm and enjoyable because the place is cold. The room is quite spacious, the décor is so good I’m using some ideas for my own house because I loved it. The dishes are gourmet but nothing extraordinary.

The views are spectacular and the hotel looks very pretty, but the staff lack the excellence one expects for the price paid. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel has a lot of potential, yet we feel it could improve on detail‑oriented service. During our visit, room‑service dishes sat untouched for two days and one order arrived incomplete; when we asked for the missing items, the staff were not the most cordial. The leisure areas are somewhat limited, and the pool, being integrated with the reception and restaurant, loses some privacy. It’s a decent experience, but given the category and price we expected more care with those small details that truly make a difference. You can sleep well outdoors, but if the noise bothers you, sleeping with the door open isn’t a good option; consider using air conditioning.
