The staff were excellent; Erica was wonderful and helped resolve my room issue. The mattresses, especially the sofa bed, need to be replaced—they’re not comfortable at all. Also, breakfast is overpriced.
Everything was great, but the hallways felt a bit cramped.

The location is good, but the parking parameters were unclear.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. However, we were made to wait in the lobby for hours, which caused us to be late for our event. We later discovered that people who checked in after us were allowed into rooms before us because they approached the desk while we waited patiently. I was then asked to pay for my stay again, and for an even larger amount than I originally paid. I caught it, but the staff had to have a 15‑minute conversation with their manager to fix it in their system, delaying us further. No one gave us any information about the delay. The lobby was very hot and uncomfortable, and many other guests were also made to wait.
