The hotel was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful; they spoke some English, but we used a translator app when needed so language was never a problem. The location was a bit far from the city center, though a short walk to the metro made up for it. The extra bed was very hard, and we were surprised to receive a note at check‑out about a €50 towel‑cleaning fee.
