The hotel was within walking distance of the Colosseum and the metro, overall clean, towels, shampoo, etc. were available, and there were croissants and coffee in the mornings; you could also get coffee all day. I liked it overall; there are cafés and markets next to the hotel.

The place is 15 minutes to the Colosseum at a relaxed pace, 10 minutes to the metro, quiet, windows face the courtyard and it was calm at night. The room is small but cozy, the shower is well equipped and there is a bidet. The hotel has no restaurant or breakfast, but there is a coffee machine and croissants, which is sufficient. There are three cafés within walking distance and two local shops. For a supermarket, Carrefour is 8 minutes on foot. The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The Wi‑Fi is a disaster, barely holds up; you have to run down the corridor to catch a signal. The pillows are not very comfortable. The hotel is in an old residential building, so the corridors are narrow and the interiors are worn.

Very close to the Colosseum and within walking distance to metro stations for both lines. A quiet area with several nearby shops.

The location is convenient, everything is close: cafés, restaurants, sights. They served croissants and hot drinks for breakfast. Clean and cozy. It was a bit noisy along the road, but that’s not a problem. The only thing that could be better would be to add mosquito nets to the windows; otherwise it would be perfect. Housekeeping was very polite and cleaned very neatly and cleanly. Barbara was very friendly and tried to respond to messages as quickly as possible despite her inflexible schedule. Everything was fine. Thank you. I especially liked the furniture and interior in the room – simple and in a unique vintage style. Everything was pleasant.
