“Wspaniałe Viareggio w średnim apartamencie”

The apartment had a very good location right next to the main promenade, and parking was not an issue. The apartment’s “artistic” vibe, praised in other reviews, turned out to be a matter of taste and personal perception for us. It was one of many apartments we stayed in, and unfortunately it was one of the weakest. At the entrance a mannequin on the stairs “scared” us, and a wall hanging of a “Warhol‑style” Kim Jong‑Un and pictures of Putin dancing with a rifle added a very “artistic” dimension to the place. The apartment was supposed to be 42 square metres, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It didn’t feel spacious; we felt overwhelmed by everything, and the space was simply cluttered. The coffee‑making area, however, was a real highlight – a small capsule machine, a kettle, and cardboard cups. The toilet in the bathroom was strange. I expected something different when booking, and I do not recommend it.

The location is great and the suite is a nice room, but there was no lift, no breakfast, the room wasn’t cleaned the second day.

“Amazing house with so much character in a very central seafront spot!”

The quirkiness and the art were amazing… it felt like a hidden Aladdin’s cave on a busy road! I would have liked air‑con in the main part of the house and the instructions on what we could use weren’t very clear.
