I had booked a 5‑day stay, but the event forced me to leave after only 2 days. I tried to reach someone about this, but the manager told me to contact the reservation team, and no one ever called me back. There were no return calls from anyone at all.

The hotel is close to the marina and cheaper than staying in Astoria. The room was spacious, and they even provided coffee in the room along with useful air conditioning. However, the staff were disorganized; when we arrived, they weren’t sure which rooms were clean and available, so we had to check ourselves, which was inconvenient. The room we ended up with was only somewhat clean, but it was acceptable. The shower had a very high pressure that felt like it could tear skin, and there was no hairdryer. We arrived on a Sunday evening around 7 pm and wanted to eat out, so we asked the desk guy for recommendations; he suggested “Salt” on the marina, but it was closed. Everything closes at 8 pm, so the area was deserted. After a long drive, we had to hop back in the truck and drive to Long Beach for food, as that was the nearest place with something open.

The location is nice, close to Cape Disappointment. The floor looked a bit dirty and was sticky.

The rooms are simple, updated, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and hardworking. The beds are comfortable, and the room includes a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Soap and shampoo are provided. The neighborhood and hotel are quiet. The only downside is that the pillows could be replaced, and the bath needs a few more slip strips and a safety handrail.
