Victor at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Unfortunately, our room on the first floor faced the main road, so traffic noise was extremely loud at night, making it hard to sleep, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room properly.

Breakfast was very good with a fine choice of styles and great coffee. I prefer a hot shower, but the hot water wasn’t very hot overall; a “normal person” might not notice. Some drinks at the restaurants seemed quite expensive to me.
