I paid cash upfront, only to be told by the hotel staff that they hadn't received the payment from the booking platform. After a 30-minute wait in the lobby, I had to pay again. The real issue, though, is that the hotel's photos don't accurately represent the rooms - there's barely any space for your clothes, let alone a single hanger.
