The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Room accommodations, location. Waited over an hour after check‑in time. We arrived at 3, room not ready… multiple check‑ins at 4, we had to finally approach the desk (we were told they would text us). Staff unfamiliar with the “new system.”

El personal fue muy amable. La habitación era amplia y ofrecían un servicio de auto-lavandería para huéspedes. Por USD 3.50 se podía lavar y secar la ropa (30 minutos por ciclo), y entregaban detergente y toallitas suavizantes para la secadora. En el mini‑gimnasio los aparatos funcionaban muy bien. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad, pero comparado con otro hotel donde estuve, había bastantes opciones y estaba incluido en el precio. Los bagels estaban un poco duros, no había pan integral. Podrían añadir más fruta. En general, todo estaba bien. La ubicación estaba un poco retirada de Yountville, que era donde tenía que ir.
