“Very good.”
The location, cleanliness, and comfort were all solid, but I couldn’t turn off just the hall light without shutting all the lights down, which was annoying.
“Fantastic location”
The spot is fantastic, right next to Shinjuku Station, and the nighttime view of Tokyo is amazing; there’s even a 7‑11 on the premises.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff were friendly.
The location was great, among what felt like a very high-end area for business in Tokyo, very close to the station (maybe a 2 minutes walk). It’s a big of a bother to get to the lobby on the 20th floor but fortunately there’re dedicated elevators (3) specifically for the hotel. It’s REALLY not a con you need to worry about
