The mattress is definitely the best part of the room—super comfy, and we slept very well. The location is excellent, right in the Jewish quarter and within walking distance of everything, and the room was very clean. However, when we arrived we found no key card to open the doors, so we had to use the numeric code for the entire stay from Friday to Monday. I reached out via WhatsApp and was told the previous guest had taken the card, with no replacement offered. The photos don’t show the true size of the room—it’s tiny, and the two small suitcases don’t fit open on the floor. Plus, when you sit on the toilet, your knees hit the wall. The hair dryer also stopped and over‑heated.

There was no lobby or staff to greet or guide guests, and they never told you which floor your room was on; I ended up on the 3rd floor, where the stairs are steep and narrow, making it uncomfortable to climb with a small suitcase and unsafe for older adults.

The bed and location were perfect, yet the room was small, housekeeping didn’t clean or change towels unless requested, and the shower was somewhat worn.
