The room boasts huge floor‑to‑ceiling windows and a very comfortable bed, but the dryer was broken and the sea view shown online didn’t match reality – half of the water was hidden behind a construction site.

The location was actually pretty nice with sea view, but right outside the house there was a huge construction site whose workers always woke us at 7 am with loud noise; the owner kept that hidden, which we wouldn’t have booked if we’d known. The bathroom smelled like a sewer, so we had to keep that door closed to use the shower, forcing us to share the other bathroom. Two staff members came to try to eliminate the odor, but they couldn’t; the smell came from old pipes, not a previous typhoon as claimed. When we asked to switch apartments or at least get a price reduction, they refused. On our three‑week trip, this was the first and only time we felt so disappointed by the otherwise polite Japanese staff. We definitely cannot recommend the place!

Everything was flawless, but the power outage response was disappointing.

“Not good”

Room service was poor and they hid the dirty towel. The clothes dryer wasn’t working well and no one came to fix it during our stay.
