The hotel impressed with its cleanliness and good value for money, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful, so I felt very comfortable during my stay. The biggest disappointment was the bed: the mattress was far too thin, making the slatted frame feel through it, which made a restful sleep almost impossible; I even woke up with mild back pain the next morning. For a hotel stay, a certain level of sleep comfort should be a given, so this is an urgent area for improvement because the bed in that condition was truly unbearable.
