The building’s historic charm is stunning, and the interior décor is lovely; every needed facility is present, and the Wi‑Fi works flawlessly. Its spot near famous mausoleums, mosques, and the Little India bus station is super convenient. I never met the staff in person because of timing, but the assigned staff member answered my messages quickly and politely. From check‑in to check‑out everything went smoothly, and I’m grateful for the experience. The only downside is that the second‑floor rooms have no elevator—stairs only—so heavy luggage can be a hassle; choosing a ground‑floor room would solve that.
