Very nice accommodation with a helpful and kind host. Great communication and the ability to arrange arrival time. We warmly recommend it for families with small children. Besides the garden, the interior spaces of the pension are well equipped – cribs, child necessities, and a playroom with toys on the ground floor of the dining room. Thanks also for the excellent breakfast. Dinner was also an option; we recommend it. The lodging is also well positioned near Harrachov centre, and you can also connect to the Czech Trail nearby. We would definitely use it again for a longer stay.

At Bernardýna the accommodation is pleasant and truly baby‑friendly right in Harrachov centre. Everything was clean, the environment cosy, and we felt comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, the selection was sufficient and everything tasted good. Dinner consisted of soup and a main course without choice, but the food was always good and tasty. We also appreciate the option of half portions for children. The owners deserve great praise – they were very kind, helpful, and tried to fulfil every wish. It’s clear they care about guests feeling good. The only small drawback for families with small children is the very steep stairs. On the other hand, it’s a mountain cabin, so we understand that not much can be done. For us, the biggest downside was the extremely firm mattress. Mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, but these felt really uncomfortably firm and the sleep comfort suffered significantly.

I rate the stay very highly; the rooms are clean, breakfast is tasty in a Swedish buffet style, and you can also purchase dinner. It’s close to the centre, and the owner is very friendly and helpful.
