The staff were friendly, the property was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was good (only cold items). It’s a small place with all rooms on the ground floor. Coffee/tea was available in the room and there was a small fridge. Free beach towels were provided. We didn’t have an outside window; our room’s window faced the breakfast area/serranda.

The room view was very beautiful. Claudia at reception was very kind and gave us a promotional train pass to visit Riomaggiore, Manarola, and Corniglia. The room was far from the main building, on a slope with many steps that made it hard to reach with large luggage. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work one day and was intermittent the next, with poor connection. The main light in the bathroom and the one on the terrace didn’t work.
Overall, the services were good. There was no reserved parking space for guests.
